Introducing Coffee for a Cause

We’re helping to fight food insecurity by donating much-needed funds supporting OzHarvest in their mission to Nourish Our Country.

Every kilo of our Coffee for a Cause coffee helps to fund meals for those in need through our support for OzHarvest.

For retail packs, eight meals will be donated per kilo sold and on wholesale packs, four meals per kilo.

In addition to supporting OzHarvest with funds raised through our Coffee for a Cause coffee, we regularly donate produce from our urban garden at our roastery HQ. We’re also working on a program for corporate supporters of our Coffee for a Cause to take part in harvesting food at our Skyfarm sister company, and then to cook with our fruit and vegetables for create healthy and nutritious meals for people experiencing food insecurity.

The green beans for our Coffee for a Cause coffee are grown at the Bom Jesus farm in the Alta Mogiana region north of Sao Paulo. In 2023, Alta Mogiana was ranked the most sustainable coffee farm in Brazil. Husband and wife team Gabriel and Flavia have restored 130 hectares of forest, and native fauna such as giant anteaters, agoutis, pacas, ocelots and jaguars have returned to the region.
