A great example of the classic Brazil flavor profile of chocolate and nuttiness, but with an extra level of sophistication. You can expects bitter sweet notes of praline with cherry showing up on the finish as it cools.

“The Most Sustainable Farm In Brazil 2019”, Pinhal is run by Pedro Gabarra (one of the most photogenic and charming coffee farmers out there) and his father Joao Newton Teixeira. They’ve preserved 42% of the farm as native habitat and committed to several other sustainable program including WINGS that rehabilitates native birds rescued from the illegal bird trade.
